The Police Service Commis-sion through the Police Public Relations Department yesterday announced the promo-tion of 71 senior and junior officers, chief inspectors and inspectors in the Guyana Police Force.

Heading the list of promotions are C. Gordon, D. Grosvenor and E. Thomas who have been elevated from Superintendents to Senior Superintendents.

D. Pompey, W. Sandy, E. Bassant, P. Walker, W. Jackson, C. Griffith and W. Johnson have been promoted from Deputy Superintendents to Superintendents.
