Bathing Bee Hive woman robbed

Three gun-toting bandits on Tuesday evening robbed a Bee Hive woman of over $15,000 in cash and jewellery while she was having a bath in her yard.

According to reports from the police, Rani Goosai was in her yard bathing around 7.20 pm on Tuesday when the three men all armed with handguns attacked her.

The robbers demanded from the woman cash and jewellery, but she said she had neither.

The robbers grabbed her and led her upstairs where they ransacked her bedroom and found $15,000 and two gold bands.

The bandits then made good their escape. An investigation has been launched.
