Women artists host exhibition

he Guyana Women Artists Association (GWAA) is hosting an exhibition in honour of International Women’s Day.

A press release from the GWAA said a wonderful and varied collection of art work is being showcased and the exhibition is open to the public. It features paintings, drawing and textiles. The exhibition began on March 8 and ends March 23; opening daily from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm except for Saturdays and Sundays. It is being held at the Centre of Brazilian Studies on Church Street.
