Dear Editor,

Congratulations to Mrs. Doreen de Caires on receiving the US Secretary of State’s Award for International Women of Courage. Mrs. de Caires is deserving of this award. I know Mrs. de Caires personally and she has always been a woman of determination and strength. I think that she is greatly deserving of this award. A woman of courage she is and a woman of courage she will continue to be despite all the negative forces that will come her way.

My sincere wish is that God will continue to bless her with good health, more strength and stronger determination.
