New D’Edward road already going bad

Residents of D’Edward Village whose houses run alongside the access road to the Berbice River Bridge have a newly built street behind their homes for access but the street has already started to deteriorate.

A resident, Jairam, told Stabroek News “it took eight months and over for the contractor to build the street and this is the quality of work we get. It just gat one inch thickness and it already full of pot holes.”
