Unrepentant man gets five years for crimes against girlfriend

Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle on Friday sentenced an Albouystown man who admitted to threatening his girlfriend, breaking into her home and burning a quantity of her clothing, to eight years jail after she ordered that he be taken from the court room due to his continued disorderly behaviour.
