Dear Editor,

New Amsterdam residents complain that if the bridge is built at Crab island it will affect New Amsterdam. But if someone leaves Upper Corentyne to go to Georgetown he will go straight to Georgetown and not stop at New Amsterdam. New Amsterdam should not be affected.

The residents of New Amsterdam should not be the only people to have a say, residents from Crabwood Creek should also have a say in it.

The people of Upper Corentyne and Crabwood Creek are the people who punish more with the crossing because they live further away. The bridge will help them a lot.

Yours faithfully,

Z.Ally
