Dear Editor ,

I agree with the letter writer that passengers in an overloaded minibus should be charged.

This will indeed stop the minibuses from overloading.

The conductor as well should be fined double the amount since he knowingly put extra passengers in the bus. His licence should also be suspended for 6 months.
