Dear Editor,

I would like to recommend to members of Regional Development Councils and their counterparts in Local Government Councils that henceforth, in meetings with the individual responsible for that ministry they follow the following suggestions:

(1) Always wear your bullet-proof jacket

(2) Say or do nothing to cause him to get angry

(3) Stay as close as possible to the quickest areas of escape just in case things don’t go right

(4) Never forget that whatever he does, he will not be disciplined by the top brass or the enforcers of the law.

Keep these guidelines in mind and maybe, just maybe, you may live to see your grandchildren grow up.

All in the interest of public safety.

Yours faithfully,

Carl Rogers
