Neil Reece won the Brother Tulshi Memorial 20-Mile BMX Cycle Road Race organized by Flying Ace Cycle Club for Berbice cyclists recently.

Reece won the feature event which was sponsored by Brother Tulshi’s son Dharry in a time of 48 minutes, 20 seconds. In second place was Tony Affonzo, while Jermin Melville and Ronston Trotman placed third and fourth respectively. Reece also won the BMX 12-14 years category ahead of Shaka Rose and Lennie Cipriani respectively.

The 9-12 category was won by Ravindra Kerron, while Shameer Kamin was first in the 6-9 category. Rakesh Hanoman was second.

Meanwhile, the club will be holding its Annual General Meeting tomorrow at the club’s headquarters 24-31 Alexander Street, New Amsterdam.
