If you are a lover of the sport of dominoes, then the place to be today will be the Blue Moon Disco Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara, where the country’s best domino players will face off in a one-day country-wide aggregate domino competition.
This competition has been organized by Mark ‘Jumbie’ Wilshire in association with the Blue Moon crew and has attracted clubs from all corners of the country to vie for the coveted $100,000 first place prize.
Teams entering this competition will have to sacrifice $6,000 as registration fee, a small investment for players to have the opportunity to compete for the lucrative prizes being offered.
The first six teams to register at noon or anytime before noon today will receive six (6) Premium Beers compliments of Banks DIH limited.
There will be feature matches which also have enticing sums of money for the winners.
These matches are Taurus vs. Millionaires vs. Pouderoyen and F & H vs. West Side vs. Withney. The winner of each match-up will be rewarded with $20,000 for their efforts.
