GCB Carib Beer/Pepsi Twenty20 continues

The Georgetown zone of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) Carib Beer/Pepsi Twenty20 first division competition will continue today and tomorrow with eight matches over the two days.

In matches scheduled for today, Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) will play Police at Eve Leary, Everest Cricket Club will host Demerara Cricket Club (DCC), Guyana National Industrial Corporation (GNIC) will take on Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) at Bourda and Transport Sports Club (TSC) and Ghandi Youth Organization (GYO) will clash at DCC.

Tomorrow’s action will pit GCC and TSC at GCC, GYO and MSC at MSC, DCC and Police at Eve Leary and Everest and GNIC at Everest. All games are scheduled to begin at 2:00pm.

Meanwhile, the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) is advising all clubs that its three-day first-division cricket competition sponsored by GT&T under its Cellink Plus banner has been postponed until next year due to the inclement weather.
