A motorcyclist lost his life yesterday in the vicinity of Banks DIH Thirst Park after he reportedly rode into a truck’s path and fell and was crushed to death.
Dead is Erskine Chichester of 51 Nismes Old Road, West Bank Demerara.
Details as to how the accident occurred are sketchy but hospital sources informed this newspaper that the man was brought to the Georgetown Public Hospital by a taxi driver and the driver of the truck but was pronounced dead on arrival.
