Man found with 2.7 kgs of ganja remanded

Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday remanded an Alberttown man charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.

Wrayan Primo, 31, a father of six of 141, 5th Street, was allegedly found with 2 kilogrammes, 727 grammes of cannabis on Tuesday.

Primo was represented by attorney-at-law Adrian Thompson.

He was ordered to appear at court on May 21.
