The PNCR is urging the nation to reflect on the significance of the birth of the Prophet Muhammed and incorporate his message into daily life on the occasion of Youman Nabi.

In a press release the party said it takes particular note of the fact that the “Holy Prophet Muhammed has left a legacy of a religion that is universal in scope and purpose, which promotes an end to human suffering, disease and poverty.” This legacy is important not only for the spiritual development of the nation but also in putting an end to poverty and backwardness and promoting peace and harmony, the party said.

The PNCR urges the public to take to heart the messages of the religion and use them as instruments for improving the society so that all can benefit from an end to the vicious cycle of violence which currently obtains.
