The police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying the remains of a man who was found floating in the Demerara River in the vicinity of the Toolsie Persaud Limited Wharf on Good Friday.

A statement from the Police Public Relations Department, yesterday said that the body of an unidentified man of East Indian descent was found around 5 pm clad only in a pair of dark-coloured briefs and with his right arm strapped with a bandage……
