The US chapter of the old students and teachers association of the Saraswat Primary School recently donated a number of items to the school to boost its delivery of education.

According to a press release from the Region Three Administration Office the group handed over 30 stools, 42 reams of paper, ink and a computer to the De Willem, West Coast Demerara school. In his address to a small gathering including head teacher Esau Dookie, teachers and pupils, Regional Vice Chairman Manpersaud hailed the donation as a tangible contribution that will enhance the school.
