Tenant charged with murdering landlord

A 28-year-old man accused of beheading his landlord at Patentia, West Bank Demerara (WBD) and burying the body in the backyard appeared at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court on a murder charge yesterday and was remanded to prison.

Andre Hurdle called ‘Dumb Boy’ of Lot 93 Patentia was not required to plead to the capital offence of murder when Magistrate Fazil Azeez read the charge to him……
