Lindener Valerie Adams-Sharpe has been accepted to participate in the Eight Commonwealth Small Business Deve-lopment Programme in India from June 8-13.
In a press release the Guyana Manufacturing and Services Association (GMSA) said Adams-Sharpe is the Fund Manager of the Micro Credit Scheme of the Linden Economic Advancement Fund (LEAF), a component of the Linden Economic Advancement Programme.
The GMSA said it had recommended Adams-Sharpe to participate in the forum, anticipating that the Region Ten community would further benefit from the experience she would gain. Adams-Sharpe has experience in Micro Credit Financing and works extensively with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and women in the region. …..
