Police complaints chairman for Bartica

Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) Cecil Kennard will meet with Bartica residents from Friday, May 23rd to Sunday, May 25th to inform them of the PCA’s mandate.

According to a press release Kennard will meet the Bartica police at 1.30 pm on May 23rd at their station and in the evening he will appear on a televised broadcast to explain his role and function to the community. …..
