Books for Nabaclis library

In photo Lisa Drinnan (third from right), a member of the Foundation based in the US, makes the presentation.The Benschop Foundation on Friday donated over two hundred books to the Nabaclis Library in the village’s community centre. The books were sent from the US by former GDF Major Aubrey Retemyer who is a founder member of the Benschop Foundation.

The Foundation has also indicated an interest in repairing the leaking roof of the East Coast Demerara library.
