A 69-year-old woman who allegedly stole two-and-a-half pounds of powdered milk from a shop was placed on bail when she appeared before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

Patsy George, a book binder, of Lot T81 Guyhoc Gardens pleaded not guilty to the charge of simple larceny when it was read to her by Principal Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle. …..
