Two men and a woman were placed on $80,000 bail each after they faced Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on charges relating to forgery of divorce documents.

Tyrone Persaud, 36, Priya Harrypersaud, 31, and Dhoramraj Jagbeer, 19, were all charged with conspiracy. It is alleged that between 25th to the 28th July, 2008 the trio with intent to defraud, conspired with a person or persons unknown to forge a decree absolute to show that Tyrone Persaud had divorced Elizabeth Persaud nee Pereira. Tyrone Persaud was also charged with uttering a forged document. It is alleged that he uttered the said divorce absolute on July 28.

They were all placed on $80,000 bail for each charge and the matter is to continue on August 13.
