Man facing two counts of indecent assault of teen

A 27-year-old man who allegedly indecently assaulted a teenage girl was remanded to prison when he appeared before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.

Errol Ross of Lot 59 D’Urban Street pleaded not guilty to two charges of  indecent assault when they were read to him by Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle.

It is alleged that on August 29 and September 1 at D’Urban Street, Georgetown Ross indecently assaulted a 14-year-old girl. The magistrate remanded the man to prison and the matter is to continue on September 18.
