Ahmadiyya Anjuman stresses spiritual upliftment

The President of the Guyana Ahmadiyya Anjuman Isha’at-I-Islam has extended to all Muslim brothers and sisters Eid Mubarak, as they celebrate the end of the Holy month of Ramadhan with prayers, fasting and charitable works for the underprivileged of society.

“The spiritual upliftment of Mankind is one of the main goals of Islam, and Ramadhan through fasting and prayers brings us closer to this high ideal, which can be achieved when it is exercised in the manner which was laid down so many centuries ago”, the message said.
