Man stabbed over pile of wood

An Albouystown resident was last evening rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital after being stabbed in his chest following an altercation with another man.

Up to press time last night, Julian Dougan, of 144 James Street Albouystown, was in critical condition in the Accident and Emergency Unit of the hospital.

The injured man is reportedly acquainted with his attacker. According to reports, Dougan was cleaning up and had just gathered a pile of wood in a particular spot, when he was instructed by his attacker to remove it.  When Dougan refused, he was stabbed in his chest just above his heart.
