<description>Guyanese would never see things the way I see it. Why put you videos on You Tube or Jump TV? These people make a lot of money when people go to their sites. Their money does not come in the $7.00 that subscribers pay, but in advertisement that are placed on their pages. They give you some free hosting space, but your true potential to have a profitable online website is limited.
It is like Yahoo. Yahoo gives you a free email account, but Yahoo makes millions in ads.
My friends forget about that &quot;peanut money&quot;, you are saving on You Tube and Jump TV. Put your codes to your stream on your page, upload your files to your server or hosting account, and reap the full benefit of your website. As far as your live stream is concerned, embed it on your page.
Don&#039;t try to hide anything. There is not much you can hide on the web. If you fear that you would be using too much space, delete files after a week or two. Back your files up for reference.

		<description>Community Info:
Putting your stream on Jump TV is a waste of time. It can still be viewed by everybody and it is still not really secure . A subscriber can view it and look at the source code and then identify the link to the stream and thats it - whether it is a paid service or a free service, whether it is CNS6 or NCN. If you want to hide something, do not put it on the web.
Enjoy this free one VOICE OF GUYANA. Copy and paste the code below in your browser window - the whole thing, starting with http and ending with vog_560 .

http://www.jumptv.com/controller.php?action=createASX&amp;channelId=465&amp;cobrand_partner=vog_560

Make sure that there is no space and hit enter. It will start playing in Windows Media Stand Alone.

<description>Infrastructure such as telecommunication and electricity supply is very important. Nobody would think of setting up shop in Guyana if the supply of electricity and its telecommunication services are not stable and secure. People don&#039;t want to hear about lines being vandalized, transformers blowing up and America 2 Cables damaged.
Also, what are the License Fees to have your own servers to serve the web? People like me would like to know, together with the position of GT&amp;T on this.
Most of the sites of the world are hosted by Data Centers in the US. Currently it is better to use them. It is cheaper and faster, but there is always the pleasure and pride of doing things for you by yourself. There are growing numbers of countries that are now setting up Data Centers, such as Chile, Argentina and also Brazil. Other countries in our neighborhood are way ahead of us in respect of their infrastructure.
Personally, if I am to set up shop in South America or the Caribbean, my first choice would be Trinidad and Tobago. It is not easy for one to go through the pain of establishing something, then suddenly overnight everybody all around you are doing the same thing. This is how Guyanese behave – “Once bitten, twice shy”.
