in Gy ,, garbage and waste is every where ,, refuse is the reason too,,, for the causes of the mosquitoes ,, flies ,, rats ,, all three of which are,, and can become fatal and has been responsible for fatalities over the years ,, the burden in many case borne by the budget of the people who ,, pay thier taxes ,, with no benefits ,, all because ,, there are in proportion to the tax payers ,,, more of whom don’t pay any taxes,,, but add more to the environment that helps to bring on the need from the — none too soon — observation for the far too long — now a habit of nearly all –
total neglect of what is now an eye sore ,,

so here is my two cents worth of a solution ! ,, there are many dray cart owners who can be employed by offering the use of their horse and dray to the companies in the city ,, to pick up their boxed/crated garbage each day for disposal ! no pollution from large garbage disposal trucks ,, no consumption of ,, fuel ,, the MAYOR should pay half the bill to the D/carts ,, or the tax payers make deductions — by certifiable proof — of all payments made for doing what their taxes? should be providing…. i think the payment from the MAYOR,, should be ignored and deal with the buisnesses,, for payment ,, and let them and the non functional ” clique ” at city hall continue to wallow in the refuse of their own making !…..what a totally dysfuntional lot,,,,,, index – fingering in this case is futile , and non – productive ,, remedial action is of need ,, i have offered a very simple solution ,, given half a measure of ” reasoning ” it’s easy to see how this can be achieved !………
