Maurice's analysis and projections are as they should be, incisive and very plausible. In the last few months I have wondered if the GOG is giving any thought on how it can retool our economic policy to adapt to the recent meltdown in the world financial markets and more specifically, the means of production and consumption to which we have subscribed as a nation in the last 20 years or so. If we don't, we could be in for a harrowing time as a people, and this includes many of us not having anything to eat when the day comes.... strange as it may now sound!
