		<description>This editorial is on balance fair and ask some very pertinent questions. I would say that these questions could have been dealt with in a most statesman like fashion which is what diplomacy faciolitate among partners. But no, indeed we seem comfortable in exchanging in high octane verbal accusations and counter accusations and smears. President Jagdeo of Guyana  should have considered the questions posed in the last paragraph before starting off like a bull in this very delicate and fragile china shop called CARICOM.</description>
