Also the ability of criminals to pay off the police or the jury is a norm. Their juries are not protected while serving on the stand. Anyone can approach them. A lot of so called criminals behind bars in Guyana are innocent. They need to be exonerated. Guyana has no dependable DNA, Lie detector tests or modern forensic data to locate the killers, rapists and mental ill people who appear who need to be removed from socirty. So people are held on a any whim and fancy and placed before the courts. The killing of innocent people. Why can't people live in peace? Why can't people also live up to the moto which is one people, one nation and one destiny. It is so scary to know that everytime you read the news papers there are always crime. What is the president doing about this?
