His role in the formation of the new-age New World Order, the reform of the UN, and the drafting Global Neighborhood document for the Commission for Global Governance at the UN does not fare well with me. Frankly, it is such leaders like Ramphal who have screwed up the world for the generations of myself and my children. Their foolishness perpetuated a world order that they SAY they want to correct, but KNOW that they have orchestrated, because they believe that global order would rise out of chaos.
