Knowing the Commander Mr Conway, action would have been taken especially the one suggested at #5. However, it is stretching the truth to suggest that music could be heard from Portuguese Quarter 800 yards to the east to Albion with a Police Station a mile to the west and the Rose Hall Outpost a mere 200 yards away would not respond on their own volition; even if a report was not made.
