However rather than writing to the SN which the government DOES NOT LIKE,
you would be better off writing the Chronicle and the Minister directly.
You stand better chances of being heard.

A word of caution... Clement is not that good at the job, so your chances
of getting him to act are not that good.

Next, why would you want more draconian laws to snuff out the little enjoyment
the people can have to cope with the undue stresses of living in such difficult
conditions?
