The Georgian president comes over as someone who is very emotional and the Russians mostly likely knowing his temperament set the stage and waited on the "canary to jump on the gum stick." For the history books; this is the easiest political setup of the last 100 years. Nationalist Russia will most likely milk the strategic benefits for all it worth. Basically the West got played because it did not control it’s wayward pawn.
