Dear Editor,
I refer to a letter by Mr Anand Boodram titled, ‘Bisram is a teacher’ (SN August 18). This relentless letter campaign by Mr Bisram and three of his friend (Messrs Ramracha, Suleiman and now Boodram) has gone on for too long. I firmly believe that no one picks up on it because they find the whole thing comical.

We can leave out Mr Bisram who by now has made a mess of his reputation in Guyana and who cannot give us even one specific institution that he once worked at.

First, there was Mr Suleiman. He informed us that Vishnu Bisram is a top class teacher who is attached to an organization named Nacta.

And he is also a community worker who has been honoured several times by Indo-Caribbean organizations in New York. Not one single school or Indo-Caribbean organization was named. Nothing was written about the mysterious Nacta.

Next, someone named Mr Ramracha came up with an identical letter.  Again we are told that Mr Bisram has been attached to a plethora of schools and organizations, but as usual, no specific names were offered.
Mr Ramracha told us he is the communications officer of Nacta, contradicting Bisram who told us that Mr Ramracha was the founder of Nacta

Now Mr Boodram follows in identical vein. He knows the schools Mr Bisram has taught at. He knows where Mr Bisram works. He knows Mr Bisram’s school boss.

But no names again. Mr Boodram goes further. He lets us know that Nacta does not want to have a web page.
Since it does not have a web page then we cannot know about this leading polling institution in New York that goes all over the world doing surveys some of which are for Caribbean governments.

No one should take Messrs Bisram, Ramracha and Boodram seriously. Just imagine the nonsense to say that you can still teach and travel all over the world and you pay back the time when you are on vacation leave. So when school is out in August, Mr Bisram who was roaming the world in April when students were preparing for the exam, gives back  time to the school.

The only problem is that he would be teaching to an empty classroom since school recesses for the August break in every country in the world. The US school system seems to be a crazy one.
Yours faithfully,
Frederick Kissoon

The more Bisram and cohorts explain themselves the more amusing it gets. Bisram’s letters and the support his friends send all sound very familiar: they come across like a PR campaign from Freedom House.

The logics are almost the same: a foolish smoke screen with the hope that the issue goes away without further inquiry.

There has to be a very good reason things are not adding up. And only Bisram can explain the very truth about his activities. The more explanations his companions offer the more this issue sounds like the sighting of a UFO.

By now Bisram must be assured that the input by bloggers complete the mess he’s started. And he can thank his friends for throwing to the lions.

It has gotten so funny I can’t wait to read the next letter of support for Bisram. Please continue to send more reinforcements: the hilarious ones first!

Why the witch hunt Mr Kissoon? Oh I am sorry he didn’t poll AFC to win the election!! Oh yeah, Mr Dick Morris was the American guy who predicted AFC win. Mr Bisram, here is how to have Kissoon on your good side.
Write a letter stating that AFC is now the perfer party in Guyana and you will make Uncle Freddie very happy or else he might die soon of stress

“When the finger points at the moon, the idiot looks at the finger,” says a Chinese proverb. Frederick Kissoon should look at Vishnu Bisram’s polling record, not at Bisram the person.

Freedie good for you for keeping the spotlight on NACTA and Vishnu Bisram. Many thought he was a fake but you are the only one who kept hitting at it until he is finally exposed! Keep up the good work. Go after the inconsistency in the Jadgeo Government because you have become one of the few voices of justice fearlessly speaking out and exposing the wrongs in our beloved country.

This yasuman71 sounds like Bisram LOL.
Why don’t you reveal your true self and stop hiding behind a PC???
Stand up and take on Freddie… are you afraid? Geeze, I wonder why!!

  3. Queen UNITED STATES says:

Bisram et al may just be Bisram, Bisram, and Bisram.

I always wondered how a school teacher could wander the world throughout the year. He must be on sabattical gathering information to impart to his students.
Oops, did I just give him a plausible excuse to use?

I do believe we are giving him too much attention.
Ignore him and he will eventually fade back into the nothingness he came from!

How can two full time employed individuals find the time to write so much trash and be involved in other activities.I dont care about Bisram because he is North America but I do care about Freddie becuase he is employed by UG getting paid with tax payers money.Freddie please explain where do you find the time to do all of this.
All these guys do are lots of talk..no substance..no action.
What a waste of news space.

Who takes NACTA polls seriously? When there are so many important issues to debate I can’t imagine why Mr. Bishram is attracting all this column space. Can’t they just email each other and sort out who this man is, what he does and where? For heaven’s sake!
