Dear Editor,

In relation to an appointment, I paid my second visit to the Eye Clinic of the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH). It was a heart-warming experience for me.

The standard of service was extremely high.

The nurses and the doctor were highly professional, courteous, patient and helpful. All we had to do was follow instructions from the main desk to the end of the process. I feel we give the staff of GPH a hard time sometimes. We do not listen, we do not follow procedure and we do not want to wait.

Yours faithfully,
Krishna Nand Prasad
