Please, “Civilized” is a relative word.

However, respect for another citizen and their right to quiet enjoyment is fundamental, so if the noise is extensive and you can’t hear yourself think, then it is too much. Tolerance is also necessary, so if someone has a function and it is just for the weekend, be neighbourly and tolerate the noise for a few days.

in GY it’s all over the place ,, pollution is ,, owners of dray carts whose animals leave their fetid smelling dung,, which breed flies ,, and then as time goes by becomes dust and then airborne to become health hazards ,, some of which are “red eye” and flu,, they will be seen by the ” enviro-maids” since they will be all over the place 3 shifts in 24×7,, this will with their existence lend to crime control,, they should be armed with radios,, for communication ,, if it’s a female call for back up ,, before appraoching the suspect ,,
