Let's be honest; this problem has been around for decades. It has always been an environmental concern, but people have come to accept it as part of living in Linden. It's almost like everything else in Guyana that is of a major concern to people but no one is doing anything to address: people just settle for the status quo.

Even so, we are living in an age of enlightened technology that can take care of this, but what is the actual cost of such technology? Is government prepared to ask the Chinese to install such a feature to reduce or eliminate dust particles flying in the air?

Judging from this government's atttitude and the Chinese own treatment of its people in the labor force, as well as reactions to suffering Darfurians, I don't think there is much to look forward to.
