Why would SN publsih such a letter that lacks particulars, examles and pertinent information to support the platitudinous statement that " I would like to commend the efforts of the policemen and women who work tirelessly...." Where are the facts? How many charges were laid? What were the details of those charges? Have such charges declined over a period of time as evidence of improvement? Pure rubbish of a letter and probably sent by a family member of the traffic cops. Shush man ! What is this?
