Gideon Cecil. We need a combination of things, (including police patrols and arrest of law breakers) to deal with what is essentially a social problem, i.e. teenagers from broken and single-parent homes who grew up without strong values and no understanding of the differences between good and evil. Your idea of saving sinners applies to a different realm. It is false idea to solve a problem of teenage crimes. Rev. Cecil is talking about a breakdown in society - out of wedlock births, drugs, teenagers exposed to pornography, teenagers resorting to crimes to obtain a few dollars to pay for their next fix. Bonner, if it is the church's responsibility to redress the problem of the petty and large crimes in the society - then we might as well abolish the courts and the police dept and the social-services ministry.
