United States - Need for tracking polls; significant swing votes, as much as
25 percent. They change with any gaffes of the candidates, any
breaking scandals; significant shift in favor of Obama when the
credit crunch led to a financial meltdown

Guyana - Swing votes do not exist. People vote strictly on the basis of race. If
there is a swing vote it is probably no more than 3 -5 percent.

So did Bisram's tracking polls in 2006 really show PPP's support moved from 42% to 51%? Guyanese people do not believe Bisram's polling gimmicks. Guyanese people openly scoffed at Bisram's tracking polls. These polls were all manufactured. Bisram should really explain his polling methodology; how he designed his sampling, size of sample, elements of the sample etc

Will no one rid me of the idiocy of Mr. Bisram? If you have to explain yourself everytime you write a letter, then, one can very well, reasonably conclude that you have issues with your thought processes. But, then again, you are merely a professional student.

" I should note that I was a volunteer for the Obama camp ...." Vishnu Bisram.

Quick question: Can you put together your duty as diplomatic editor of the Caribbean New Yorker which carried a long stiff, racist, anti Obama, anti black campaign with your professed "support" for Obama?

This week's front page of your newspaper has a huge picture of an Indian governor with a suggestion for the 2012 elections. Help me connect the dots here, please.

"I refer to the letter captioned ‘Have Guyanese learnt anything from the American experience?’ by Mr Anthony Vieira. His letter contains several inaccuracies." - Extracted quote

Vishnu Bisram thinks that because he might have been accurate a few times in his questionable instant polls he is suddenly an expert in telling regular Joes they are wrong to even think they can venture into his territory. Even if these Joes are merely expressing opinions based on observations.

"It appears he did not read my final piece published on election day in which I said Obama would win a landslide in electoral votes and popular votes that would be closer than what some polls had found." - Extracted quote

Obama won! Bisram lost whe his hopes for Clinton and McCain to beat Obama waned.
