It is a proven fact that excessive decibels of music or noise affects the hearing (I do not remember the exact number) and there needs to be heavy fines for violaters of noise laws. Very young babies suffer more because their ear-drums are still developing and as Sookraj said 'sign language will become very common' if something is not done now. Another thing to add to the list in Guyana that people disregard.
