Re: “[...One thing that the PNC needs is an Information Technology (IT) Policy for that Party; and, this is one of the monumental failures of leadership of the People’s National Congress (PNC)...]” In order to get the picture with regards to what is being talked about – compare the readings from the presentation: “A Socialist Economy Through Agricultural, Industrial and Technical Development” by the late Desmond Hoyte to the Third Biennial Congress of the People’s National Congress in 1979; and, what do you have today – an apparently inept Hoyte and PPP Administration giving control of Guyana’s natural resources (Gold, Bauxite, Timber, Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure et cetera et cetera….) (the commanding heights of Guyana’s economy) to foreign companies. And, you get the “incompetency” and “inimical actions to Guyana” drift!

The other being Robert Corbin not grasping the superiority of the late L. F. S. Burnham Administration’s economic development strategies for Guyana as against those of any other following the death of L. F. S. Burnham.
