PAHO winners: Stabroek News journalists Oluatoyin Alleyne (right) and Iana Seales (left), who won the PAHO/WHO 2008 Regional Awards for Excellence in Health Journalism in the Best News Story and Best Feature Story categories respectively, pose with their awards. Seales also received a certificate of merit for the Best Report on Non-Communicable Diseases. The awards were presented on Friday last at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Conference and Cultural Centre in Barbados.
