However, many of these individuals after receiving skills training ' fall by the wayside ' for lack of other neccessary support ; a samll number of goats, sheep, ducks, chickens etc., can make a difference between failure and success, or a piece of equiptment, tool and machinery, may help to unleash their true potential. They should be encouraged and facilitated, to establish micro and medium businesses, particularly, agro business which has significant potential for success.
