the Guyana govt need to follow the usa and canada and make marijuana the least on the police resonsabilities list.

the time and money they take to arrest and prosecute and jail this man they could have been looking for real criminals and possibly ( i said possibly not will) catch a few of them.

on the other hand how do they know he had the herb on him?…maybe they wanted him on something else so they use the herb as a means of catching him.

anyways Herb is natural…no chemical …jah meck it

how much years u gonna give GOD for making the herbs which he gave to man to consume.

just …….LEGALIZE IT……and fill the jails/ prisons with real criminals.
