The material that Mr. Simels is requesting, is relevent to his defense, and had it not been for Roger Khan whom he tried to defend, he would not have been in this position. Roger Khan needs to cop a plea, if one is offered and move on with his life, afterall all the people affected by Roger Khan’s actions didn’t have that option.
