Dear Editor,

To alleviate the Lindeners being excluded from contracts an up to date inventory of all skilled and unskilled manpower should be attached to every contract advertised ,and a condition be included for a specific amount of such personnel to be employed` subject to their availability and agreement to work within mutual agreement. It will also not be too difficult for foreign contractors since they will have to visit to see the jobs and interact with regional standings and policies.

Of course every job must be of the highest quality and the RDC with foresight has the ball in their court to solve this problem more than any other person or unit, since even before the passing of the budget, regions most times at their preliminary budget presentations, get a very clear idea of what is going to be approved and their planning to accommodate all their expectations is as such well in advance.

Too often we look outside our domain for solutions when in fact it lies within our grasp.

Yours faithfully,

SM Khan
