I refer to your editorial captioned “The Ramkarran recommendation” (08.03.20). I do hope you’ve dispatched an interpreter to both the Office of the President and Freedom House! The editorial’s lucid examination of Mr Ramkarran’s proposition would certainly need further interpretation in the ranks of the ruling party and government……
